The Ill-Fated Expedition On January 23, 1959, a group of ten, led by Igor Dyatlov, embarked on an expedition through the Ural Mountains. They were experienced and well-equipped, making their subsequent mysterious deaths even more puzzling. The team’s journey, intended to be a challenging trek, turned into a horrific mystery.
