Wikipedia is an online encyclopedia that is written and edited by volunteers from around the world. It is known for its open and collaborative approach to creating and sharing knowledge, which has made it one of the most popular and widely used sources of information on the internet.

However, like any source of information, Wikipedia has been the subject of conspiracy theories and allegations of bias. Some people believe that certain groups or individuals are able to manipulate the content of Wikipedia articles to promote their own agendas or to suppress information that they do not want to be widely known.

One example of this is the conspiracy theory that Wikipedia is controlled by a group of elite editors who have the ability to shape the content of articles to suit their own interests. According to this theory, these elite editors are able to use their influence and knowledge of Wikipedia’s policies to control what information is included in articles and how it is presented.

Another example is the conspiracy theory that Wikipedia is biased against certain groups or viewpoints. Some people believe that Wikipedia has a liberal bias, for example, and that it is more likely to include information that supports liberal viewpoints while ignoring or downplaying information that supports conservative viewpoints.
